Satisfaction and Returns
- If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 24 hours upon delivery. Keep the original box and shipping label.
- Unsatisfactory plants may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, at our discretion.
- Our liability, in all instances, is limited to the purchase price of the plants sold. We do not guarantee the health or productivity of plants beyond the stated period.
Limitation of Remedies: The buyer’s sole and exclusive remedies are limited to replacement of plant material or refund of the purchase price. Quest Orchids is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including economic loss, lost profits, growing costs, inspection, transportation, or related expenses. Recovery of any kind will not exceed the original purchase price of the plant material.
