We ship exclusively with FedEx. Charges are billed at actual cost.
If temperatures at origin or destination are unsuitable for live plants, we may hold an order until conditions improve.
Heat Packs, Winter Only: During the winter months, we do recommend that customers purchase a heat pack, to protect plants in transit. Heat packs are single-use and cannot be reused. If an unusually large order requires multiple packs, we will contact you before shipping.
Delivery Confirmation: Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Quest Orchids is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery. Please provide a safe delivery location. You may request Signature Confirmation or Hold for Pickup for added security. Added security for order can be purchased. Additional fees may apply.
Shipping, handling, and heat pack charges are non-refundable.
